Production Management: Efficiently manage production to meet daily/weekly/monthly targets, ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and cost optimization while maintaining best practices.

Overall Responsibility: Be responsible for plant production, financial performance, meeting customer requirements, and ensuring smooth operation of planned activities.

Productivity and Budget: Ensure daily target productivity is achieved, update the production plan daily, and manage the annual manufacturing budget, including capital expenditure projects.

Health and Safety Compliance: Support, enforce compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, quality and environmental standards, and procedures. Communicate and collaborate with various departments to optimize processes and address issues.

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years in manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledge in Operation Management, Lean production, SAP system,
  • Analytical skills responsible for analysis and interpretation of data into charts, diagrams, and reports
  • Creative thinking and excellent problemsolving skills have to be able to solve problems in a new way, seeing past what is established and create a new way of doing things
  • Experience of managing Profit & Loss responsibilities for manufacturing
  • Understanding of manufacturing and procurement/supply chain. Understanding of TS16949, IOSH/NEBOSH, ISO 14001
