About the Role


The vendor management team is looking for an administrative profile that can manage the purchase requisitions for the Tech Platform organization.


The (Network) Vendor Management (NVM) department owns the end-to-end relationship with all the strategic (network) vendors offering services to Swift and its community.

The NVM team operates in a dynamic environment that supports Swift services and this towards the Swift community as well as our own telecom and IT needs.

From the backbone network running the core services of SWIFT to the voice and enterprise network and MV-SIPN for the connectivity with our end users.

The team is hiring an administrator to support the team and the Tech Platform organization.

What to expect:

  • Creation of purchases requisitions in SAP (up to 400 a year) for Technology platform devision
  • BPR (actuals export from SAP and import into the vendor management tools and allocate to contracts)
  • Export renewal requisition report every month
  • Maintaining data, records and reports in vendor management tools.
  • Engage with the different stakeholders responsible for requisitions: colleague vendor managers, different tribe members and procurement colleagues.
  • Provide support for the vendor management scorecards to be shared with senior management.
  • Perform internal customer survey on vendor satisfaction.
  • Gather, maintain and analyze technical or administrative data. Take necessary actions to ensure completeness and accuracy of data.
  • Prepare and produce standard reports, statistics and documents for internal use.
  • Handle contacts, within and outside the organization unit. Respond to nonstandard requests.
  • May provide input to welldefined smaller projects.
  • Participate in the identification of opportunities for improvements to processes, procedures and tools.
