JOB SCOPE
-
Front Desk Management:

  • Welcome and assist clients and visitors.
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the right person.
  • Keep the reception area tidy and organized.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages.

Office Support:

  • Help schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
  • Manage office supplies and order when needed.
  • Assist with basic document preparation and recordkeeping.
-
Any other duties as assigned by Operation Manager or Head of Support Department.

Salary:
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
