Special Officer to Director

As the Special Officer to Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of the Director's office and contributing to the achievement of organizational goals.
Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of duties, including but not limited to:-
Executive Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders seeking access to the Director, managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics with efficiency and discretion.

Strategic Planning: Collaborate closely with the Director to develop and execute strategic initiatives, conducting research, analyzing data, and preparing reports to inform decision-making processes.

Project Management: Lead and oversee special projects and initiatives on behalf of the Director, ensuring timely execution, resource allocation, and alignment with organizational objectives.

Communication and Liaison: Facilitate effective communication between the Director and various departments, teams, and external partners, fostering strong relationships and promoting collaboration across the organization.

Policy Development: Assist in the formulation and implementation of policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.

Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion, maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity at all times.

Problem Solving and Decision Making: Identify challenges, anticipate potential issues, and propose solutions to address them, demonstrating sound judgment and critical thinking abilities.

Continuous Improvement: Strive for excellence in all aspects of your role, seeking opportunities for process optimization, innovation, and professional development.
- Willing to travel throughout Malaysia not limited to Kuala Lumpur, Penang and beyond.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience (1 year) in a similar role supporting Csuite executives or senior leaders in a fastpaced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities concurrently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft clear and concise documents and presentations.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information with tact and discretion.
- Commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards and promoting a culture of integrity and transparency within the organization.
