- Prepare / anaysis DATA especially payroll
- Do analysis / monitoring of working hour
- Review from time to time of company terms and conditions vs government policies ,etc. (maintains knowledge of trend, best practices, regulatory changes and new technologies in HR)
- Update / study government policy (HR matters / Immigration) and recommended formpractices.
- Oversee employee deciplanary meeting, termination and investigation.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state and "PBT" laws and regulations.
- To ensure department / company comply with SIDEC/SMETA
- Ethical regulations
- Performs other duties as assigned adhoc duty.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource or Administration, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in Manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards. (Cosmetic guidelines, Cosmetic GMP, ISO and Halal)
- Demonstrated leadership skills and team management experience.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and innovative thinking.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
