To manage company's social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and all related platforms.
  • To attend and respond all messages, comments and queries from agents and customers via online and offline purchasing platform.
  • To attend all inquiries including the products, the problems, and to provide the delivery options (example COD, postage etc).
  • To assist in provide the after sales service.
  • To create, maintain, update records and database.
  • To manage the customer's order in the system (example vsuite system).
Create social media posting including "Live" in HQ pages, "Personal" FB pages, and any other platform based on the schedule.
  • Creates dynamic written, graphic, and video content.
  • Creates content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites, and encourages audience participation.
  • Proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content.
  • Analyses audience information and demographics, and success of existing social media projects.
  • Works as part of a team, with marketing and social media team members to coordinate ad campaigns with social media strategy.
  • Uses timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analysing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimize visits.
  • Prepare reports on campaigns based on analytics.
Use analytics tools to gauge the success of campaigns.
  • Research industry innovations and tools.
Update posts to include relevant keywords for search engine optimization.
  • Any other tasks or ad hoc tasks assign by the Management.
Faith Fleur yang dimiliki oleh CTYMARY Resources Sdn Bhd telah didaftarkan dibawah Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM W).

Syarikat ini ditubuhkan pada 10 Februari 2017, bertempat di Puncak Alam, Selangor dan telah menubuhkan satu lagi cawangan di Bintulu, Sarawak pada awal bulan September 2018.

Pengasas kepada produk ini ialah Siti Mariam Binti Abdul Samad Bersama suami beliau iaitu Mohamad Abdul Halim Bin Bahadorisam. Maksud 'Faith' ialah kesetiaan manakala 'Fleur' diambil daripada perkataan Perancis yang bermaksud 'bunga'. Faith Fleur ialah syarikat pengeluar produk penjagaan rambut yang terdiri daripada Shampoo, Conditioner, Serum, Tonic dan Hair Mist.

Bahan-bahan yang digunakan dalam produk ini telah mendapat kelulusan daripada pihak Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia (KKM) dan tidak menggunakan sebarang bahan kimia seperti Paraben, SLS dan Soap.

Produk Faith Fleur adalah 'halal dan mesra wudhuk'.

Selain itu, produk ini membantu menghapuskan kutu, membaiki rambut rosak, melembut dan melembapkan rambut yang kering kusam, mengurangkan keguguran rambut, menghilangkan kelemumur, menghilangkan bau kepam dan busuk.

Bukan itu sahaja, produk ini turut membantu masalah uban yang pra-matang dan menggalakkan pertumbuhan rambut dengan membekalkan nutrien yang secukupnya.
