Responsibilities:

  • Engage customers, understand needs, and set delivery expectations clearly.
  • Use RCA to identify and troubleshoot issues, translating customer needs into actionable tasks.
  • Prioritize problem resolution, adhere to policies, and diplomatically decline noncompliant submissions.
  • Be proactive by considering broader customer needs and account activities.
  • Focus on business outcomes and maintain performance standards.
  • Take ownership of requests, collaborate with resources, and seek global support as needed.
  • Collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams for successful customer outcomes.
  • Conduct RCA and implement process improvements to prevent future issues.
  • Share knowledge gained from interactions for teamwide benefit.
  • Identify and develop process improvements and automation opportunities with staff.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Japanese customer support
  • JLPT N1 (or N2)
- good communication skill with Japanese customers
