Tour Operation Officer

To handle all inbound calls pertaining to hotel reservation and travel product information and other inquiries.

  • Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment
  • Execution of paperwork (from quotation, reservation, payment follow up to invoicing).
  • Liaise with tour guide, handling claim etc
  • Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds
  • Onsite visit when necessary.
  • Tour research and itinerary setup.
  • Providing administrative support to Travel Consultants at all levels, including the design of itineraries and proposals, bookings and supplier and product knowledge gathering;
  • Supporting travel/general sales operational needs of the Company,

Requirements:

  • Required language(s): Speaking & writing in Malay & English.

Extra Languages:
Hindi,Punjabi ,Chinese know also good.

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.
  • Willing to travel when necessary.

RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
