As a Sales Assistant cum Cashier, you will be the face of our company, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

You will handle cash transactions efficiently and engage with customers to help them find the products they need. Your role is crucial in maintaining a positive store environment and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
  • Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions using a POS system.
  • Ensure accurate cash handling and reconciliation at the end of each shift.
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
  • Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
  • Restock shelves and manage inventory levels.
  • Assist in sales promotions and merchandising activities.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.

Qualifications:

  • Must be Malaysian.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move merchandise as needed.
