Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team at Engrgaids. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiate sales agreements.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of welding technology and industry trends, and be able to communicate complex technical information to customers.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Travel and Sales: Travel to customer sites, conduct sales presentations, and negotiate sales agreements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechatronics or Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and sales experience is an added advantage.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage.
  • Personal Qualities: Good interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, and ability to work independently.
