Job Description:
Personal Assistant to Senior Vice President (SVP)


Summary of job


Provide full administrative and secretarial support at a senior level to the SVP to ensure the smooth management of her day to day affairs, and most effective use of her time.

Handle sensitive and complex issues in a professional and objective manner. Take initiative as appropriate especially in the SVP's absence.

Main responsibilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Strong verbal and write communicant skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed.
  • Organise meetings and ensure that SVP is well prepared for those meetings,
preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers.

  • Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for the SVP

Communicant:

Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.

Maintain clear and effective communication channels within the organization and with external stakeholders.

Confidentiality and Discretion:

Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions and communications.

Pay:
RM3, RM6,000.00 per month
