Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support (front desk and back end support) for IT Division in the office.
  • Handing and monitoring on IT support / request.
  • Preparing meeting minutes for internal and client meeting.
  • Assist manager in providing support to clients.
  • Assist manager in implementing quality management processes for software products and services.
  • Assist manager on recruitment process. Conducting trainings on inhouse product.
  • Testing and evaluating new technology.
  • Prepare correspondences and documents, and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases.
  • Assist manager in maintaining employees' leave, medical and attendance record.

Responsibilities

  • Diploma/Degree in IT/Computer Science
  • Fresh grads are welcome

Salary:
RM2, RM2,501.00 per month
