Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Management: Handle documentation processes, including organizing, filing, and maintaining records related to projects, permits, licenses, and correspondence.
  • Vendor and

Supplier Coordination:

Communicate with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary construction materials and services, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining good vendor relationships.


  • Office Supplies and

Inventory Management:
Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and coordinating with relevant teams for restocking.

  • Meetings and Appointments: Plan, schedule, and coordinate meetings for construction project teams, executives, and clients, and ensure meeting rooms are prepared with necessary materials.
  • Billing and

Expense Management:
Coordinate with the finance department to handle utility bill payments, expenses, and purchase orders related to administrative activities.

  • QESH

Management System Compliance:

Ensure that the Quality, Environment, Safety, and Health (QESH) management system conforms to relevant standards, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 4500- Problem-solving: Handle ad-hoc tasks and resolve administrative challenges efficiently.


  • Multitasking and Prioritization: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in business admin, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in using office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in the construction industry or a related field is an advantage.

Salary:
RM2,000.00 per month
