RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinating sales schedules with production and records keeping
  • Attend to all customers enquiries / RFQs.
  • Ability to prepare quotations for clients and ensure that the quoted items conform to specified requirements.
  • Ensure customers' orders are verified and conform to specified requirements before delivery.
  • Perform timely and accurate update of information to customer.
  • Monitor performance of suppliers and report any nonconformance.
  • Communicate with shipping & operations department on documentation requirement, special handling and storage requirement etc.
  • Establish close relationship with customers and enhance customer satisfaction in the service provided.
  • Establish close relationship with suppliers so as to gain better support from them.
  • Where appropriate, investigate and review customer complaints and ensure that the complaints are handled tactfully and efficiently.
  • Perform and other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 23 years of working experience in the related field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Able to work independently with positive attitude and resourceful
  • Mature, attentive to details
  • Willing to undertake challenges and handle multiple adhoc assignments at any one time
  • Required language : English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin

Pay:
RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
