Job Responsibilities You are responsible for effectively and efficiently managing human resources and related operational efficiencies through timely and accurate data collection, dissemination and presentation of data.


  • Oversees the implementation of Human Resources daily activities.
Identifies opportunities for improvement and resolves problems.
  • Conducts an ongoing study of all Human Resources policies, programs, and practices to inform management of new developments.
  • Oversees the preparation and maintenance of essential reports required for departmental functions.
Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment.
  • Responsible for coordinating all Human Resources training programs and leading the implementation of the performance management system, which includes performance development plans (PDPs) and employee development programs.
  • Assists with the development of and monitors the spending of the corporate training budget.
  • Establishes and leads the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire a superior workforce.
  • Determines and recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.
  • To conduct inquiries when employee complaints or concerns are raised.
Monitors and advises managers and supervisors in the progressive discipline system of the company. Monitors the implementation of a performance improvement process with non-performing employees.
  • Establishes the salary structure, pay policies, and oversees variable pay systems, including bonuses and raises.
Conducts competitive market research to establish pay practices and bands that aid in recruiting and retaining staff.
  • Manages the company wide committees, including the wellness, training, environmental health and safety, activity, and culture and communications committees.
Job Requirement
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any related equivalent qualification.
  • At least 7 years of experience in a related field.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Proficient in recruitment and skilled in employee relations, with a strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

To develop a high level of appropriate skills, education, and experience, among its medical and non-medical teams, to ensure that the charity will consistently deliver the highest level of dialysis care and services.

To educate the public about the need to maintain a healthy lifestyle in order to mitigate the risk of renal failure.
