Your Main Focus Area:

Customer Acquisition: Acquiring customers for our vertical, Hyperbite - the Virtual Brand arm of KitchenCo

Lead Generation:Generate group and corporate leads through internet prospecting, networking, and telemarketing efforts. Drives business by identifying and selling prospects and maintaining relationships with customers.

Performance Updates: Provide detailed report on-ground acquisition activities on a daily basis.

Customer Success: Collaborate closely with our marketing and customer success teams to nurture leads and facilitate a seamless on boarding process for new customers.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the F&B industry.

Market Research: Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential to achieve profitable targets set by the company.

Competitor Research:Conduct in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insights into customer preferences and interests.

Product Development:Identify opportunities for product improvements or new offerings by staying current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Here's Our Wishlist:

  • Diploma, preferably in Sales & Marketing, PR or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in Sales & Marketing
  • It is absolutely vital for you to possess your own transport, car or motorbike with a valid license
  • As a Millennial/Gen Z, you should know the social media space very well
  • Good communication, presentation, relationship building and negotiation skills in English and Malay
  • Communication skills in Mandarin or Tamil are an added advantage
  • Having different industry experience is an added advantage

Job Types:

Salary:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
