  • Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
  • Monitor guest feedback and reviews, implementing service improvements as needed.

2- Supervision and Staff Management:

  • Supervise and support front office staff, including receptionists, concierge, and bell staff, ensuring they adhere to hotel policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate important information, updates, and expectations.
  • Assist with staff scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts.
  • Train new front office employees and provide ongoing coaching and development to existing staff.
  • Foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional growth.

3- Operational Duties:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring efficient and smooth checkin and checkout processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely handling of guest reservations, room assignments, and billing.
  • Monitor and manage front office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are wellmaintained and stocked.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the front desk and lobby area to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to address and resolve guest concerns.

4- Administrative Tasks:

  • Assist with the preparation and review of daily reports, including occupancy reports, financial summaries, and guest feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, reservations, and billing information.
  • Handle cash transactions and reconcile the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Front Office Manager.
  • Must have complete knowledge of emergency procedures.
  • Any other duties which assign by F.O.M / D.M & any other duty which suitable as per management discretion.

5- Working Conditions:

  • The Front Office Supervisor works in a fastpaced environment that requires handling multiple tasks and interacting with guests and staff regularly.
  • The role involves regular shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure adequate supervision of the front office.

From RM1,700.00 per month
