PAYROLL

  • Manage endtoend payroll processing for a medium to large employee base, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of payroll of foreign workers.
  • Review and reconcile payroll data, including salaries, bonuses, commissions, benefits, and deductions, to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain payroll records, including employee data, time and attendance records, and tax information.
  • Ensure staff movement is up to date in the HR System such as new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, and leave of absence, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
  • Oversee and manage the daytoday operations of the business.

PURCHASING

  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to obtain the best terms and prices.
  • Work closely with internal teams to identify purchasing needs and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Develop and implement purchasing policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the purchasing process and provide recommendations to management.
  • Monitor inventory levels and work with vendors to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
  • Prepare purchase orders and process invoices for payment.
  • Maintain records and prepare reports related to purchasing and inventory.

Salary:
RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
