- Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
- Maintain computer and manual filing systems
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
- Managing any Industrial Relations issues
- Giving advise and recommend action on employees according to misconduct.
- Prepare any action related to misconduct
- Taking appropriate action on the employee according to wrongdoing and misconduct
- Give proper advice to staffs on misconduct issues
- On behalf of the company on communication, maintaining good relations and consulting with the employees
- Assist in all Human Resource related and administrative duties
- Maintaining employment policies
- Ensuring legal compliance
- Managing employment tribunal cases

diploma/degree holder with 3 years office work experience
Detail oriented, organised, alert, initiative,
good PC & typing skills, good presentation & communication skills
