Role Description

Review and enhance the visual appeal, accuracy, and user experience of landing pages, product information, and checkout options on marketplace systems (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok).

Monitor product stock across all marketplace platforms and update inventory SKUs to maintain optimal stock levels.
Coordinate order processing, delivery, and customer returns efficiently.
Ensure the marketplace platform is updated with the latest products and pricing.
Manage in-app advertising strategies on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok platforms.
Utilize sales-related data for analysis, prediction of future sales, and report generation.
Oversee end-to-end campaign planning, promotion, and pricing strategies to achieve target objectives.

Qualifications:

Diploma/Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
Essential prior experience in managing marketplaces, specifically Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.
Strong communication skills with an outgoing personality.
Proactive and driven by a robust growth mindset.
Creative and abreast of the latest market trends.
Must be able to commute to job location (Wisma NAC,Sentul)
