Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment & selection, manpower planning, performance management, compensation & benefits, industrial relations and training & development.


  • Plan, manage and implement company policies and procedures in accordance with the company directions and Malaysia regulations.
  • Industrial & employee relations, including managing disciplinary cases, cultivate a positive working environment and advocate company culture.
  • Liaise with government authorities and statutory bodies on matters related to human resources.
  • Experience in implementing RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) principles and practices.
  • Adhoc assignment or duties as and when assigned by superior.

Job Requirement:

  • At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
  • Indepth knowledge in Employment Act and other related legislation. Knowledge in RBA is a must requirement

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
RM10, RM12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
