Job Tasks

  • Handle sales administrative tasks, such as maintaining customer databases and managing salesrelated documentation.
  • Follow up with prospects to gather feedback, assist in addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and issues.
  • Qualify leads by conducting preliminary research and outreach. Identify potential customers who are more likely to convert into sales, allowing the sales team to focus their efforts on the most promising prospects.
  • To have the initiative and be active in lead generation via, but not limited to, online or offline / events / networking; identifying new business leads and potential new markets that the business can explore and tap into.
  • Supports the leads generated by the team, including the partners in ensuring they are well followed up, managed and well serviced.
  • Generate reports and analyse sales data to provide insights to the team.
  • Practice accountability and transparency with the team especially on work related matters.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
