Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Project Oversight

  • Collaborate closely with the consultant to understand and contribute to project plans.
  • Assist in developing timelines and milestones, ensuring structured project implementation.
  • Monitor project progress, providing detailed updates and addressing any deviations.

Data Collection and Analysis

  • Engage proactively with customers to collect and analyze data related to sustainability initiatives.
  • Implement a meticulous approach to data analysis, identifying key metrics and trends.
  • Ensure comprehensive and accurate data collection through collaboration with stakeholders.

Sustainability Reporting

  • Take ownership of preparing detailed sustainability reports, aligning them with reporting standards.
  • Communicate/Report findings and recommendations clearly and transparently.
  • Uphold the integrity of sustainability reports, promoting compliance and ethical reporting practices.
  • Monitor projects for compliance with regulations and standards, demonstrating attention to detail.
  • Address any discrepancies or deviations promptly and systematically.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Establish effective communication channels with project stakeholders, demonstrating independence and initiative.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, achievements, and challenges with a clear and detailed approach.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and concerns from customers and other stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in environmental science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field.
  • 12 years of experience in project coordination or a related role is encouraged to apply, preferably in sustainability or environmental projects.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to convey complex data clearly and accurately.
  • Excellent in using the Microsoft office, i.e. Excel, Word, PPT.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills, emphasizing a structured and systematic approach.
  • Knowledge of sustainability reporting standards and frameworks (e.g., GRI) is an added advantage.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey sustainability concepts to diverse audiences.

Salary:
RM2, RM3,200.00 per month
