Responsibilities

  • Works directly with the Program Manager & Project Change Lead
  • Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information
  • Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track
  • Manage projectrelated paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
  • Prepare change management related slides and communication materials
  • Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
  • Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing costsaving measures
  • Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study. Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study
  • Three (3) years of project management experience. Managing ERP projects is a plus
  • Handson experience with managing clients and teams
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • Teammanagement and leadership skills
  • Documentation management and ability to use project management tools
  • Attention to details even under pressure
  • Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Experienced with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
  • Prosci certification is a plus but not compulsory

Job Type:
Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Salary:
RM6, RM8,000.00 per month
