So, What will you be doing?_

  • Develop support and implement change management strategies, communication plans, and training programs for the assigned projects.
  • Coordinate, drive and deliver change related meetings, trainings / briefings to stakeholders on projects.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess impact, manage resistance, and drive adoption of changes.
  • Monitor progress, evaluate effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments.

Looking for someone who are?_

  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Professional
    certification in Change Management is an added advantage.
  • Solid understanding and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, process, and tools.
  • Ability to work in collaborative environment.
  • Resourceful, independent and result oriented.
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Pleasant personality and attitude.
