People Leadership

  • You define the people strategy for engineering skills including personnel management and sourcing.

Technical Management

  • You help to orchestrate the sound engineering of the underlaying networking technologies, automation and DevOps acceleration of our services.

Technical & Business Leadership

  • Strong communicator, and effective influencer of senior management to negotiate outcomes in a matrix environment
  • You support innovation of our network technologies to meet evolving needs; you understand the criticality of our services to the financial community, and you put security first.
  • You see the bigger picture and help lead technology initiatives within and beyond the organization and liaise with other leaders in Technology Platform and Product/Customer Experience to align on technology challenges and opportunities.
  • You are part of the Tooling Services Management Team, working together with your colleagues to deliver endtoend solutions and contributing to the overall strategy of the group.

What will make you successful?

  • We are seeking professionals with minimum 10 years' experience in software engineering or related field Minimum 2 years' experience in managing managers / team leads
  • Experience in data analytics or IT service management
  • Experience delivering strong business results in the context of high levels of uncertainty and risk.
  • You have proven experience in strategic assignments and major change initiatives with a strong record of taking full accountability for technology decisions/strategies and their implementation
  • Mindset and experience in supporting mission critical IT infrastructure

Soft skills:

Education:

Graduate degree in computer science or related field desirable
