Responsibilities

  • Handle overall HR and admin matters such as recruitment & selection, manpower planning, compensation & benefit, training & development and administrative related matters;
  • Plans, develops, implements and review policies for effective manpower supply and management.
  • Develop and implement the HR strategy aligned to the business objectives and company HR initiatives;
  • Ensure efficient management system including compliance by Head of Departments with performance appraisal procedures & objectives.
  • Develop and review annual company training plan and align with employees training plan.
  • Develop and review salary structure to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Provide and advise management and HODs on HR management, work place relations and matters within the interpretation of relevant Malaysia Labour Acts and Regulations;
  • Responsible for foreign workers recruitment and management;
  • To liaise with government office pertaining employee related issues
  • Oversee training need analysis and prepare training plan accordingly;
  • Prepare the monthly payroll and statutory payments together with the report required by the management;
  • To perform any other duties as and when directed by Managing Director and the Management.
Requirement

  • Minimum Degree/Professional Certificates in HRM or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience and in a managerial position
  • Proficiency with standard software tools such MS Office, good communication skills and ability to interact at all levels, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Fluent speaking and writing in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Pasir Gudang, Johor.

Job Types:

RM6, RM8,000.00 per month
