Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Interview Coordination:
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions.
  • Onboarding Support:
  • Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Data Management and Reporting:
  • Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
  • Ongoing projects:
  • Support on TA projects such as employer branding, policies, technology and process enhancements.

Requirements:

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably in a fastpaced environment.
  • Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Adaptability:
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently.
  • Resultsoriented:
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed recruitment targets.

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 6 months

Salary:
RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
