NOVEMBER & DECEMBER 2023 STUDENT INTAKE

  • Administrate Plant Manager appointments, special events & meetings into Microsoft calendar and remind him from overlook.
  • To arrange with safety department for plant visitor's PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
  • To administrate any submitted documentation / forms for P.M approval and inform related departments for collection after the approval.
  • Arrange travelling air tickets, pickup transport and hotel booking for Plant site personals, visitors and guests as per notice from Plant Manager.
  • Adhere and comply with all safety and health procedures and regulations set for the Management/Authority and to inform the OSH Committee as and when there is an unsafe act, situation or practice being observed.
  • To setup teleconference kits prior to any Plant Manager scheduled conference call meeting.
  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned by management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree student in any related fields.
  • Can join us in November 202
  • Eager to learn and work with various departments in the company.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask.

Contract length: 4 months

Salary:
RM RM600.00 per month

  • Monday to Friday
