Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR Department while also serving as a strategic partner to the organization's leadership team.


  • Employee Relations and Compliance
  • Handle employee relations issues in a timely and professional manner, etc


Compensation & Benefits
  • Ensure current C&B framework is competitive and make suggestions for improvement, etc


Payroll
  • Oversee the payroll function and ensure all payroll related activities are coordinated on a timely basis, etc


Organisation Development
  • Recommend strategies and lead initiatives to engage employees, foster team collaboration, retain talent and recognize and reward success in the region, etc
  • Trainings Develop a structured format for onboarding of new employees and take the lead on induction programs in MY/ SEA, etc


System
  • Oversee accuracy and update of the following key processes in the system

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Psychology (or a related/equivalent field)
  • At least 810 years direct experience focused on HR generalist duties or Business Partner role in a multinational company
  • Working knowledge of Employment laws and regulations
  • Demonstrated capacity to effectively communicate, promote and uphold HR initiatives and values, including discretion and confidentiality
  • Able to interact proactively with management and staff at all levels of the organisation in the resolution of HR issues
  • Welldeveloped computer literacy skills within a Microsoft Office environment
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
RM13, RM16,000.00 per month
