Assistant Manager HR

Job Description:
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR function and general office administration.
- Assist to plan, develop and implement policies & procedures for the company to ensure smooth operations. Implementing Human Resource policies, managing HR issues such as employee relations.
- Monthly payroll preparation and ensuring timely payment of salary and preparations of payroll reports.
- Liaison with all regulatory bodies such as Labour Office, Income Tax, EPF, and SOCSO to ensure all regulations are complied with.
- Ensure all statutory contributions are submitted on time and in compliance with government rules and regulations.
- Handle new staff orientation. To prepare a training program for new staff to understand the whole procedures and policies of the Company.
- Coordinate with advertising company for advertisement for the vacant post.
- Responsible for endtoend recruitment activities of the company.
- Expatriate Management
- Handle recruitment for foreign workers and foreign workers issues and welfare.
- Responsible for all Industry Relation matters, employee's disputes issues, including proper handling of disciplinary action.
- Assist to identification training needed to employees as and when required by the management.
- Assist in submission of HRD Corp training claims and update information in HRD Corp portal when necessary.
- To plan and coordinate company's events, functions, and any employee engagement activities.
- Insurance administration and handle claim for the company, including emarine insurance declaration.
- Any other ad hoc projects/assignments (which may entail some other HR matters) and duties as and when required by the company.
