Employee Records Management:

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records, including personal information, attendance, and other relevant data.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection laws and confidentiality of employee information.

  • Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and assist with problem resolution.

Time and Attendance:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and timeoff requests.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

HR Documentation and Compliance:

  • Prepare and distribute HRrelated documents, such as policies, procedures, and announcements.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, directing them to the appropriate resources.
  • Assist in resolving minor employee relations issues and escalate more complex matters to HR management.

Event Coordination:

  • Support HRrelated events, such as employee recognition programs, teambuilding activities, and training workshops.

General Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including file maintenance, document preparation, and scheduling meetings.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR administration or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.

Job Types:
Full-time, Fresh graduate

Salary:
RM2, RM2,700.00 per month
