HR Assistant

_**Role Description**:_
The HR Assistant role will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources management, from recruitment, HR administration to payroll. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in pursuing a career in HR to learn and contribute to different HR functions.
- **Responsibilities**:_
**1. Recruitment and Onboarding Assistance**:
- Scheduling and participating in interviews.
- Conducting reference checks.
- Assisting with the onboarding process of new hires.
- Preparing new hire paperwork and documents.
- Assisting in setting up new employees’ attendances record.
- Respond to employee inquiries and assist with issue resolution using HR general line on Whatsapp.
**2. HR Payroll**:
- Assisting with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data entry / transfer.
- Support payroll processing and other administrative tasks as needed.
**3. HR Administration**
- Surveying and monitoring of company hostel management.
- Monitoring of foreign workers permit.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.
- Strong interest in HR and eagerness to learn and grow independently in the field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient / well verse in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin language.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
