**Job Summary**:
The HR Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources department by undertaking various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of HR policies and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Employee Records Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and other relevant data.
- Ensure compliance with data protection laws and confidentiality of employee information.
- **Benefits Administration**:

- Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and assist with problem resolution.
- **Time and Attendance**:

- Manage and maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and time-off requests.
- Collaborate with supervisors to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- **HR Documentation and Compliance**:

- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as policies, procedures, and announcements.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- **Employee Relations**:

- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, directing them to the appropriate resources.
- Assist in resolving minor employee relations issues and escalate more complex matters to HR management.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Support HR-related events, such as employee recognition programs, team-building activities, and training workshops.
- **General Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including file maintenance, document preparation, and scheduling meetings.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR administration or a related role.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
