Assist in managing day-to-day administrative and HR operations
- Maintaining current HR files and databases
- Tracking employee attendance, managing leave requests, and maintaining leave records.
- Maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with finance and other departments to ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and reimbursements.
- Ad hoc job from HOD

**Requirement**
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
- High proficiency in English and Malay; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proactive, plenty of initiatives and can work independently.
- Able to work under pressure and multitasking

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs
