Full Job Description

Responisibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement and communications and general office administration.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • To handle monthly payroll processing and ensure compliance with the government authorities.
  • Have knowledge and experience in managing foreign workers recruitment process, permit renewal and passport renewal will be added advantage.
  • Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, conflicts, counselling on workrelated problems and disciplinary issues.
  • Develop, maintain, and review the Human Resources Policies, SOPs and Employee Handbook in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations.
  • Lead and facilitating employee engagement activities, staff welfare and etc.
  • Ensure compliance of statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Performs all other related duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
  • Have knowledge and experience in HR 2000

Skills
:

Minimum 7 to 10 years experience being a HR Manager, Able to set up policy and familiar with Employment Act.



Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources
  • At least 7 to 10 year(s) of experience in a similar position preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Well versed in Malaysia Employment Act, other related statutory requirements.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Independent, good leadership skills, growth mindset, negotiation, positive thinking, resourceful and selfmotivated.
  • Attention to detail, strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia

RM5, RM7,500.00 per month
