Your Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Director/CEO of the Organization and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
  • Liaising with internal departments, coordinating, and follow up the progress of all the jobs assigned by Director/CEO.
  • To manage the internal and external correspondence on behalf of the Director/CEO as and when necessary.
  • To prepare the facilities for scheduled or emergency events, calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel/accommodation arrangements.
  • To remind the Director/CEO of important tasks and deadlines.
  • To conduct research and assist in drafting presentation slides, letters, memos, reports, and other related documents.
  • Attending meetings, minutestaking, receiving, screening, and redirecting phone calls.
  • To observe the best organization practice and etiquette.
  • To maintain a wellorganized filing system that secures confidential file.
  • Other miscellaneous tasks to support the Director/CEO.

The Requirements:

  • Maintains a sense of responsibility for a task or project until completion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Malay.
  • At least
    12 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
  • Others added advantage:
  • Good knowledge of using Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organization, planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills, high-level of maturity, trust, professional, strong work ethic and presentable.

Salary:
RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
