What will be your role?

  • Take responsibility and ensure the stability of client accounts by fostering relationships with client stakeholders through effective communication and delivering exceptional marketing services and results.
  • Lead client governance meetings, providing operational updates, ensuring alignment, and facilitating the exchange of ideas and advice.
  • Support and contribute to the overall strategy for account growth and expansion.
  • Manage a team of talented and highly motivated individuals, focusing on their growth, wellbeing, and job satisfaction.
  • Participate as a member of the leadership team in companywide initiatives.

What is required for success?

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Marketing.
  • Bring 3+ years of experience in program, change management, or project management in a fastpaced, metricsdriven environment.
  • Previous experience in B2B software marketing is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with project management and process or operations improvement.
  • Be a selfstarter with a strong drive, bias for action, and a resultsoriented approach, capable of influencing others at both peer and leadership levels.
  • Have a track record of crossfunctional collaboration, teamwork, and a willingness to actively contribute to projects.
  • Possess attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to selfmotivate and follow through on projects.
  • Show the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills, including impeccable written and oral communication credentials, and the ability to translate data into information and compelling stories that influence stakeholders and business strategy.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
RM10,000.00 per month
