**What will be your responsibilities?**
- Supervise and contribute to the successful execution of B2B marketing campaigns across various channels, industries, and target audiences, aligning with our client’s overarching objectives to achieve measurable impact.
- Lead client governance meetings, providing operational updates, ensuring alignment, and fostering the exchange of ideas.
- Take charge of optimizing and analyzing the effectiveness of programs, identifying new opportunities for clients to pursue.
- Assist the leadership team in monitoring key success metrics and addressing potential issues to ensure the delivery meets or exceeds client expectations.

**What is essential for your success?**
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Accumulated 3 or more years of experience in program, change management, or project management within a dynamic, metrics-driven environment.
- Highly desirable background in B2B software Sales or Marketing.
- Proficient in project management, process improvement, and operational enhancement.
- Self-motivated, action-oriented, and results-driven with the ability to influence peers and leaders.
- Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration, teamwork, and a willingness to tackle tasks hands-on.
- Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to follow through on projects independently.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
- Excellent communication skills, including impeccable written and oral communication, with the capability to translate data into compelling stories that influence stakeholders and inform business strategy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
