Job description

  • Ensure proper adherence to pastries preparation recipes to be in accordance to standards
  • Strive to eliminate spoilage and wastage in the pastries preparation process
  • Ensure pastries preparation are in accordance to HACCP standards
  • Always adhere and enforce strict health & safety regulations and practices
  • Setting and cleaning up of pastries station
  • Communicate and working closely with cleaning personnel to ensure cleanliness of the kitchen is maintained at all times
  • Checking and monitoring of kitchen equipment's functionality
  • Eliminate pastries contamination during preparation
  • Assists Direct Superior in partnering together with frontline to conduct monthly documented Food Safety and Hygiene self
- audits

  • Ensures that outlet strictly comply with International Food Safety and Hygiene standards, as well as standards set by the Malaysian Food act and as per company policies
  • Have a complete understanding to the operational Do's and Don'ts and Occupational Safety and Health standards

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate or SPM leavers
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Prior working experience will be an added advantage.
  • Basic communication in Bahasa Malaysia or English.

Salary:
RM2, RM2,400.00 per month
