Role Description

Helping to build and develop new and existing business through sales and marketing initiatives to achieve revenue, create profitable growth and further increase market penetration in line with the overall business

Responsibilities:

  • Building & identify new business
  • Building a strong rapport at all customer levels.
  • A willingness to do that little extra to achieve revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • A willingness to learn about all the products and services our client offers
  • Excellent presentation & communication skills
  • Planning ahead & managing company documentation and follow up.
  • Meeting the company's sales & profit budgets
  • Working as a team to achieve revenue objectives.
Deliverables

  • Develop new accounts to meet sales targets
  • Respond to requests for sales opportunities through the development of proposals including bid formulation, reviews, approvals, and submission, in consultation with key stakeholders.
  • Post proposal submission, assist with contract negotiations, report on bid progress, and
ultimately, transition successful bids into implementation - all in consultation with relevant

parties.

  • Long term relationships with existing and new customers
  • Achieving ongoing revenue and margins i.e., own, hit and exceed annual sales targets
  • Implementing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Partnering with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Effectively communicating the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Setting up and proactively managing the "relationship zipper" with clients, contractors and maintaining uptodate knowledge of the client organisation, business drivers and pipeline.
  • Ensuring clear value propositions are identified along with a robust pricing strategy.
  • Managing clarifications and leading commercial negotiations and responses.
  • Undertaking client proposal feedback, identifying key actions and managing the follow through for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Hardworking, honest, creative, good interpersonal skills.
  • Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia & English
  • Working experience in Environmental & Manufacturing field is an added advantage for this position.

Pay:
RM2,000.00 per month
