We are looking for a service minded and effective Office and Operations Coordinator for our newly established factory and assembly center in Seremban, Sendayan Techvalley for Loading & Hauling heavy machinery equipment.

Your primary areas of responsibility. Do we share the same mission?

  • Assisting and supporting managers, and employees in various operational matters on daily basis
  • Responsible for operational activities, e.g. monitoring and ordering inventory for office and break room supplies, answering company main phone
  • Arranging office events
  • Supporting HR with onboarding activities, e.g., coordinating seating spaces, outfits, and hardware
  • Responsible for corporation gifts
  • Coordinating trainings
  • Supporting in internal communication
  • Supporting Finance department in basic financial duties, e.g. invoice handling
  • Filing and organizing records, and other documentation
  • Greeting customers and visitors to the office
  • Ad hoc matters
Your background and what we find important

  • Few years of experience working in an Admin or Assistant role
  • You have a customer care mind set
  • As a person you are positive, selfstarter and have a particular attention to detail, and you like keep things tidy and in order
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong prioritization skills with an ability to multitasking
  • You will play an essential role in shaping the feel of our daily operations
  • You are resourceful and can easy to adapt to change
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment is seen as advantage
  • Degree in a suitable field
