Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage monthly/quarterly closing and forecast, and budget cycle related to Annuity business;
  • Understand the Annuity business and Financial structure of each Annuity element;
  • Understand all KPIs and how to analyze performance in relation to each Annuity Element;
  • Provide financial analysis/advice to the business leaders and finance;
  • Take a proactive approach to new KPIs and investment areas within the new management system;
  • Work effectively independently and in teams;

Required skill:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Brand/HQ Finance;
  • Knowledge and capabilities related to Finance, Software, Financial Tools;
  • Effective interpersonal communications skills (written and spoken), Bilingual capabilities (Japanese/English)
