About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Finance team at Electrolux. As a key member of our FP&A Centre of Excellence, you will play a critical role in delivering managerial reporting and driving in-depth analysis of business results.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing decision-making support, business intelligence, and financial performance reporting to internal customers. You will be responsible for preparing daily, monthly, and quarterly management reports, conducting in-depth analysis, and participating in continuous improvement efforts across our processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support business planning and review processes by providing analytical and strategic support to internal customers.
  • Leverage data analytics and visualization tools to deliver insights on operational trends within the business.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of critical business activities and business units to determine upcoming business opportunities and risks.
  • Participate in the creation of annual forecasts and budgets, as well as advanced quantitative analysis and financial models.
  • Assist with the preparation of daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual internal and external reporting schedules, as well as automating reporting processes.
  • Play a strategic role in the reporting and planning of the company's workforce and operational management.
  • Assist with other ad hoc tasks to ensure the FP&A team manages its deliverables.
  • Act as a change agent to drive transformations, standardization, and process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Academic degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience within the Finance function, with a focus on Finance & Accounting and/or Business Analysis.
  • Previous financial analysis experience is an asset.
  • Excellent skills in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, and Power BI.
  • Fluency in English (business English).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly proactive and self-motivated team player with great social and communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with a strong interest in financial systems.
