  • Propose Marketing idea, plan and organize marketing campaign/ brand building
  • Manage marketing campaigns such as Facebook, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu, TikTok and etc
  • Content creation for social media platforms such as FB, IG, Youtube, Tiktok.
  • Develop and execute creative marketing plans aligned with corporate strategy and brand image.
  • Analyze FB Ads and Google Ads for tracking performance and metrics with social media tools such as Google Analytics/Adword.
  • Manage and track the effectiveness of corporate social marketing platforms.
  • Conduct research and propose new marketing avenues.
  • Manage customers' feedback and keep a record of reviews/testimonials.
  • Monitor customers' database and respond to social media queries.
  • Budget planning / prepare weekly and monthly reports.
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the company website, and social media platforms
  • Conduct keyword research and generate new keyword ideas
  • Assist with web development and maintenance tasks
  • Conduct research and brainstorm content ideas for social media marketing projects
  • Any other ad hoc projects and duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Min Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications, Design with related experience.
  • At least 2 or more years of experience in digital marketing or related field
  • Meticulous, creative, proactive, resourceful.
  • Strong communications and good in both writing & interpersonal skills
  • Design acumen will be a plus.
  • Proficient in Photoshop/Adobe Illustrator / Content Writing skills / Canva and etc will be added advantage. (Must have past portfolio for our reference)
  • Basic Photography / Videography / video editing is preferred.
  • Can work independently.
  • Proficient in Web design
  • Proficient in Digital Marketing Channels (e.g. SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing Strategies and Implementation)
  • Skilful in 2D or 3D Autocad
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask and yet stay focus, good sense of urgency, works independently and will to succeed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary:
RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
