PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Owns the quality system failure tracking and liaise with multifunctional roles to ensure proper RCA & CAPA is created
  • Timely update the status of QSF (Quality System Failure) to QA Head and escalate if any risk arises
  • Key point of contact of warehouse stock quality evaluation
  • To Monitor and report results of ship test or highlighted shipments (if there is any required)
  • Run the QR Aging check report to check if there are item aging more than 24 hours. Report to Customer if there are any.
  • Ensure validation are perform on status changes, temperature mapping, Wx3, SSD extension and inventory adjustment (if related to quality issue)
  • Provide timely update on the temperature data for ambient and air-conditioning storage if there are abnormal temperature.
  • Record and manage the inbound shipment defect
  • Lead the investigation on any customer complaints if received with operation team.
  • For stock movement post putaway requested by Customer & QA Officer shall conduct quality check before operation move the product into the storage racking.
  • Timely update the QA scorecard (QA KPI)
  • Lead Gemba Walk on the set frequency
  • Update and track QA related training matrix and highlight to management for any risk.
  • Assist in maintaining ISO 9001 Quality Management System, GDP, GDPMD regulatory
system and other systems as and when required.

  • Involve and support in internal quality audit to ensure the requirement of
ISO9001/GDP/GDPMD/other systems are adhered throughout the organization.

  • Support during site periodic/surveillance/certification/customer/any external audit for
ISO9001, GDP, GDPMD, Authority, Regulatory or other management systems

  • Responsible to update License Management Record.
  • Authorized to conduct process, hot-spot, housekeeping and other audits/inspections. To compile and publish the reports
  • Conduct training related to QA (process & requirements) if and when required.
  • Bi-Weekly Housekeeping and IPM Inspection.
  • Perform weekly BOS inspection and update report to ops and QA Head and escalate is any risk arises.
  • Responsible for EHS, Quality matters and legal compliance in warehouse/operations
  • Performs other job related functions as and when required by superior.
  • To ensure compliance to the Quality Management System within Customer operation.
  • To monitor and check all procedures are up to date and updating operations accordingly
  • To manage the CTMZ Quality process and perform release of CTMZ product.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 12 year(s) of working or more in logistic Operations.
  • Must be Proficient in English spoken & written to manage documentation.
  • Mature and able to work independently.
  • Team player.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skill.
  • Knowledge in Statistical Quality / Process Control preferable etc.
