Skop kerja (Jadual ditetapkan):

- Memastikan dan memahami kehendak dan keperluan pelanggan tentang barangan yang diperlukan.
- Menyediakan perkhidmatan pelanggan yang baik, memaklumkan kepada pelanggan tentang promosi dan barangan terlaris.
- Memastikan kedai sentiasa bersih dan kemas.
- Memastikan kelancaran operasi kedai dan memenuhi target jualan.
- Menyusun dan memastikan stok barang di kawasan jualan sentiasa mencukupi.
- Membuat pengiraan stok berdasarkan arahan diberi.
- Syarat-syarat:

- Minimum SPM & ke atas
- Lelaki atau perempuan, warganegara Malaysia & genap tahun
- Boleh bekerja dalam retail shift, hujung minggu dan cuti umum
- Mempunyai komunikasi yang baik dalam Bahasa dan English
- Minimum 1 tahun pengalaman yang berkaitan
- Fresh grad/ tiada pengalaman diterima
- Rajin bekerja, jujur dan mesra

Jawatan:

- Customer Service Associate (CSA) RM1,800- RM1,900
- Senior Customer Service Associate (SCSA) RM2,000- RM2,100

Gaji ditawarkan:

- Basic RM1,800- RM2,100
- Ada OT (RM10-RM11) & EPF SOCSO

- 6 hari bekerja | cuti 1 hari
- Shift mengikut waktu retail hour
- 9.30am
- 6.30pm
- 1.00pm pm

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM1, RM2,200.00 per month

Schedule:
