Provide full assistance to guests concerning general queries as required.

Answer phone queries in a courteous and prompt manner and take in reservations with considered guests' preferences

Responsible for overseeing the cleanliness, hygiene and maintenance of the cafe and ensure compliance with ll applicable food safety and regulations

Be familiar with our menu and service procedure

Maintain good communication with all Servers, Kitchen Staffs, Barista and etc

Able to follow the instruction given from the superior /head of division.

Give all guests a friendly "Goodbye" or "Thank you" upon departure.
