As an Account Executive, you will play a vital role in managing our financial operations, maintaining accurate records, analyzing sales report and contributing to the overall success of our organization.


Here's the job descriptions:

  • Support the Sales, Production and Accounts division to develop, monitor, maintain analysis and recommendations that provide actionable insights channel contribution, campaign efficiencies, production, market outlook, consumer behavior / pattern.
  • Actively track DO, sales report, market trends and competitor actions outlet, promotion, pricing.
  • Standardize analysis, reporting any discrepancy of sales and DO, of data source.
  • Develop and provide support and recommendation to internal division teams.
  • Provides input and ideas for improving quality and product enhancements.

  • Actively communicate and collaborate with other stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoots problems or issues and provide support to the team.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Must possess Degree in Finance and Accounting (Professional Qualification will be added advantage).
  • Professional Experience: Comes with at least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably commercial finance/business analysis experience in retail/FMCG industry.
  • Personal attributes: Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills. Able to multitask, proactive, work under pressure and deliver within tight deadline.
  • Languages: Fluent English and both in written and spoken. Knowledge of other language is added advantage.
  • Including experience in engaging with internal and external stakeholders to gather data, document business requirements and process mapping.

Pay:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
