HR & Admin Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description:

  • Organize and maintain personnel records and update internal databases (e.g. Leave records, daily attendance)
  • Prepare HR documents
  • Coordinates and liaise with relevant external parties on HR matter (e.g. Government bodies, recruitment agencies)
  • Perform endtoend recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing and on boarding new employees
  • Responsible for payroll and claim processing function effectively
  • Stay updated with employment law to ensure compliance with HR practices.
  • Respond to employee's inquiries regarding employment terms and conditions.
  • Responsible in handling employee's issue either by counselling or implement disciplinary action
  • Assist in administration task or any adhoc tasks that may be needed by Management

Job Requirement:

  • Possess at least Diploma in Human Resources Management.
  • 3 years of work experience in HR field.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin (since you need to report to Taiwan HQ)

Salary:
RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
